I enjoy empowering clients to restructure and reframe their sense of self as well as create goals for their future. I enjoy watching a clients’ shift in perspective as they learn the art of being kind to themselves and showing themselves grace. I help guide clients through the intricacies of relationships by developing stronger and happier connections by setting healthy boundaries and incorporating healthy self-care routines into their lives.
I work to build on the strength and resiliency of women, men, couples and families, then focus on their emotional well-being. I celebrate the beauty of human diversity as I help clients navigate their own specific journey. There is raw power of being in witnessing the human experience. No person’s life or story is without challenges and obstacles.
I have the privilege of walking by my clients’ side as they rewrite their own stories. A person’s willingness to do the courageous work of growth is something to be encouraged and cultivated. There is something to be celebrated in every person’s story. I have worked in the behavioral health field for 14 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
