I worked in the foster and adoption field for over 18 years and I specialize in attachment related issues and early childhood trauma. I work with people experiencing anxiety, mood disorders and adjustment related issues as well as phase of life issues, grief and work/life balance. In working with my clients, I use a direct, supportive, and interactive approach. In addition to my work as a social worker, I am also fitness instructor and I promote an overall sense of well-being, both physically and mentally.
