I am a Licensed Psychologist for in person therapy sessions in Pennsylvania. I am also PsyPact certified for virtual sessions in the most states (please contact me about your state). At this time I am expanding my practice to include more sessions for adults. Adult specialties include Autism, ADHD, executive functions, difficulty with managing work/life balance, attention/memory struggles, anxiety, and depression. I am also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
I will customize our therapy sessions to help you to address your current needs, challenges, and goals. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Behavior Analysis to help you understand how your thoughts and feelings affect your behaviors, and also how to identify environmental/behavioral changes to improve your overall well-being.
