I am here to support you in finding ways that improve your quality of life and relationships. I am a seasoned therapist and have experience working with complex and challenging situations.
I primarily work with couples and also work with some individuals, and families with a non-judgmental, inclusive, and empathetic approach. I specialize communication, conflict resolution, Neurodivergence, Neurodiverse couples, boundaries, burnout, parenting, dating, premarital relationships, anxiety, and depression.
