I know taking the step to seek therapy isn't always easy, so I applaud you for taking the first step to creating a change in your life. I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Texas and have worked in the field for the last 7 years. My experience includes working with adults and seniors that have symptoms of depression, PTSD, and anxiety. I also work with adults who have relational issues and self esteem issues.
My approach to therapeutic treatment is to first create a safe space. We will focus on today's problems with insight into the underlying issues from which these problems arose. Your desired accomplishments are the number one priority of my sessions. I tailor my approach and session to fit your needs.
