I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty adjusting to life changes, behavior problems, and low self-esteem. My areas of expertise include addictions, co-occurring disorders, and enhancing motivation for change. I run my client-centered practice to help people identify solutions to the problems they are facing, enhance coping and communication skills, and develop a greater sense of mindful awareness as they move toward the changes they wish to make.
My practice integrates treatment orientations that are effective in addressing co-occurring disorders. These include mindfulness practice, dialectical behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
