We will practice going over different types of techniques in order to improve your daily life and to reach your goals. This is a safe space that is nonjudgmental where you can feel comfortable to be who you are.
I have worked with both adults and adolescents. I specialize with the LGBTQ+ community and with health professionals. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills because of its effectiveness in treating every aspect of someone's life including impulse control, regulating emotions, enhancing communication, and improving self confidence.
