With a background in Sport Management from Western Michigan University and as a former youth athlete, I understand the unique pressures and challenges that athletes face both on and off the field. I offer tailored strategies to help athletes optimize their mental well-being and achieve their goals while also meeting them where they’re at.
Coupled with my Social Work background from the University of Michigan, I bring a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and social factors in shaping one's overall health.
