Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief/loss, and who are navigating family estrangement. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment that is conducive to facilitating healing and to promoting growth.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, non-judgmental, and curious. We will work together to to meet your needs and goals. I utilize strengths based, person centered, emotionally focused and cognitive behavioral therapies. I also incorporate mindfulness and other holistic approaches in session as well.
