I offer an integrative approach to therapy that implements various treatment modalities, psychoeducation, and general nutrition and physical activity. I believe in working collaboratively so that together we can reach a deeper level of understanding, consider new perspectives, behaviors, and feelings towards challenging life situations.
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with severe Anxiety, Trauma, and Bipolar Disorder. I also have a special interest in working with adults experiencing life transitions such as adjusting to college, divorce/uncoupling, co-parenting, relationship issues, menopause and chronic pain.
