We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and online counseling in English and in Spanish for adults, adolescents, and children 6 & above. We have experience addressing relationship issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We use theoretical approaches such as but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, EMDR, Eclectic Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Our therapists are Trauma Informed and culturally sensitive, and will ensure they use the most appropriate yet effective strategies and interventions.
