In turn, the body's recovery can facilitate the integration of the whole person by bringing together mind, body, emotion, and spirit.
I also work with couples and families to explore helpful communication during conflict, strengthening empathy, reducing blame and increasing personal responsibility for family members.
It is my goal provide a safe environment for the courageous exploration that is necessary for this emotional and spiritual growth.
