Anxiety, trauma, and grief all have a way of making you feel stuck and burdened with stress, but becoming "unstuck" is possible. I help adults of all ages feel better about themselves and find the "you" you want to be.

Among other techniques, I often use clinical hypnosis (it's nothing like what you see on TV!) for relief of many symptoms, and EMDR (a well researched therapy method proven to be one of the most effective for trauma) for survivors of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and other stressful events.
