My training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, along with many of the same life experiences, enables me to assist you in sorting out problems and issues you feel you would like to work on and improve.
I am a goal-focused therapist. I utilize several treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and other proven therapy models. I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Marriage/Relationship issues, Addiction, and many other issues.
