For depression, anxiety and or trauma, I would suggest working with you for 6-8 sessions using a combination of experiential and talk therapies. For couples work, I recommend 6-8 sessions and have found emotionally focused therapy to be very effective . Most clients will see lifting of symptoms within a month and consistent improvement thereafter, Treatment will be tailored to the individual.
