I currently have daytime and evening availability on Fridays. If life is feeling overwhelming, my office is a safe space to talk about what's on your mind. I offer support for folks experiencing relationship distress, conflict, and communication issues; folks navigating phase-of-life concerns and life transitions; individuals and families impacted by substance use; folks questioning their sexuality, gender, or identity; those processing grief and loss; and more. I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals.
I am Phase One certified in Brainspotting, a technique that uses the mind-body connection to help folks process trauma. Brainspotting is a great addition to talk therapy, especially for internal processors. Additionally, I am familiar with new age spirituality and have special interest in working with folks who have nontraditional belief systems.
I think therapy is sacred work, and I am dedicated to creating a calm, welcoming environment where clients can engage in thoughtful reflection. I am an empathetic and curious listener. My foundational belief is that my clients are the experts of their own lives. I practice from a queer-affirming lens—all identities are welcome and celebrated in my office!
