As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master's in School Counseling, I specialize in supporting teens and adolescents. With over 8 years of experience in education, I use mindfulness, narrative therapy, CBT, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also incorporate art, play, and sand tray therapy for children and teens.
Navigating childhood and adolescence can be a stressful time! Much of my career focus has been on working with children and adolescents who are impacted by anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, school management, low self-esteem, self-confidence, grief and loss.
