That is why, as a counselor, I am honored to walk with each client. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2023. I'm an LPC - Associate supervised by Cortnee Wright, M.A., LPC-S.
I have experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, family conflicts, grief and bereavement, domestic violence, sexual abuse, and life transitions. I work with individuals and groups, adolescents (12 years and older), and adults.
I believe the counselor/client relationship is pivotal for trust to be established and for change and growth to occur. Clients can explore topics and issues, knowing they are in a safe, inviting space free from judgment. I take a collaborative approach with clients and invite them to share what is and isn't working so we can come up with the best solutions.
