As an affirming care practitioner, I offer you a non-judgmental, honest space. I utilize IFS therapy, my knowledge of mindfulness, yoga psychology, neuroscience and whole-body mental health. Together we will access and harness your wisdom, truth, and inner peace and embrace all parts of you, so you may live with authenticity and confidence. All are welcome.
