With a Bachelor's degree in Special Education focused on the intellectual area, I bring over a decade of experience working with children ages 5-17. Throughout my career in education, I often felt extremely rewarded when given the opportunity to aid a child in learning how to regulate his/her emotions. My Montessori certification has further enriched my counseling approaches, fostering independence, creativity, and critical thinking.
Undoubtedly, my classroom experience in working with diverse personalities has enriched my Master's degree journey in Mental health counseling. Whether in the classroom or one-on-one counseling sessions, I strive to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
