I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, adjustment issues, anger management, grief, and depression. I strive to establish a positive rapport with my clients that creat an atmosphere of growth, understanding and change. I believe that people are capable of learning new things about themselves, exploring who they want to be, confronting their issues, getting to the root cause of their difficulties in their lives and then be able to change.
