Over the years, I've developed specialized skills to work with diverse populations, various backgrounds, and individuals dealing with depression, dissociative disorders, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, BPD, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and complex trauma.
I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), parts work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), client-centered therapy, ego-state therapy, person-centered therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My goal is to engage in a collaborative effort with you, ensuring that you feel genuinely heard and seen during this journey.
