In general, we will work together to establish your goals for counseling and I will suggest the use of an appropriate therapeutic approach. In addition, I will use a variety of techniques and tools that you can use to achieve your therapeutic goals.
My experience includes living in several countries which allows me a unique understanding of issues that complicate cultural adjustments. I have worked extensively in trauma healing, crisis, and grief recovery in many international settings. Other specialties include anger management, depression, couples therapy, anxiety, abuse recovery, career, coaching, and spiritual integration.
