With extensive training in emotion focused, experiential psychotherapies, I have been privileged to help many individuals and couples on their journey to a more meaningful and fulfilling life. It gives me great joy to see the transformation in my clients and the happiness they experience as a result of investing themselves in therapy.
Our happiness is largely built on relationships. When our primary relationships are unstable, conflict-ridden, it takes a toll on our functioning.
