I am a clinical social worker and psychotherapist with over a decade of professional experience in various social work roles. I have provided psychotherapy to individuals with a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, complex trauma, and relationship issues. While my focus has mainly been on working with adult individuals, I also have experience and training in working with adolescents.
My primary therapeutic orientation is psychodynamic, where I help individuals navigate their thoughts and emotions to enhance their relationships with others, empower themselves, and make desired changes in their lives.
I aspire to provide people with a space where they can speak freely and be listened to deeply, enabling them to get to know and understand themselves more fully. In doing so, I work with people to become more comfortable with their thoughts and feelings, identify barriers to change, and make desired changes in their lives.
