My approach to therapy is seeing the individual as they are, then unfolding the layers to discover what they need. I believe every client is unique and presents themselves in different ways. However, the way a client presents themselves can aid in identifying the underlying story. I focus on meeting treatment goals while at the same time addressing other potential areas that may come about during treatment. I aid in helping individuals become the best version of themselves, from the first session to the last.
My areas of therapy include mood and anxiety disorders, as well as trauma. I enjoy working with many different clients. I do, however, enjoy working with children, teenagers, and young adults. I believe when they experience trauma, they face it more harshly and may not know to cope with it or heal from it.
