This is a 1-hour open group every Wednesday night starting at 6:15pm with a 10.00 drop-in. This open group ( meaning you can come whenever it feels good for you) will be a brave and safe place to exploring what has been hard over the week in relation to body image and ED coping mechanisms. Mindfulness & Somatic Based Process Group for Persons Experiencing Disordered Eating, Clinical Eating Disorders, Body Image struggles, & Body Dissatisfaction. Learning to listen to the body's wisdom for many is a process of learning how to reconnect to the body's intelligence and cues. Connecting to Body Wisdom Process Group aims to re-connect self with the body & reduce coping strategies through---Trauma informed Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Breathwork. Group Therapy, Skill building, Journaling, & Self-Exploration. Limited to 10 individuals (who are female identified, of any sexual orientation or ability), this group will start FALL, 2023 (contact for wait list).

This is a 1-hour weekly support group that welcomes any and all adult members that identify as LGBTQIA+ and would like to connect with others within the queer community to receive support in a structured, group setting. This group is an opportunity to share stories, struggles, celebrations and resources in a way that invites you to be in community with people who may be navigating similar experiences and identities as you.
