I have a background in working with college students and particularly enjoy working with young adults and LGBTQIA+ individuals of all ages who are navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, anxiety and trauma.
In addition to providing talk therapy, I am a fully-trained EMDR therapist and often use this approach to support clients in healing their nervous systems from past traumas, resulting in a greater sense of safety and positive self-image.
In addition to being licensed in Pennsylvania, I am a registered out-of-state tele-health provider in Florida and provide virtual therapy services to individuals residing across both states.
