Sometimes the struggle in life is real. Whether it be feelings of anxiety and depression, difficulties in relationships, or struggles with self-esteem, therapy can provide a safe space for your journey to hope and healing. In this process, I encourage my clients to lean into the discomfort and joy of self-discovery and growth as they build the skills to manage life's challenges. I also offer pre-surgical bariatric assessments as well as psychological testing for ADHD, autism, learning disabilities and more for older teens and adults.
As a psychologist, I enjoy working with adults of all ages and have expertise with college students, early career professionals, women's health and well-being, and the BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of color) community. I am also happy to include faith-based interventions from a Christian perspective for those who are interested.
I offer a caring and direct approach to therapy where I help my clients to develop insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in order to facilitate the change they desire.
