I help clients who are suffering from generalized anxiety, OCD, panic, hair pulling, social anxiety, phobias, PTSD, and traumatic events. I also provide CBT focused treatment for depression and daily stress. If you are struggling with uncertainty, fear, or coping with a major life event- I'm here to help! I provide the following evidence based treatments: CBT for anxiety/depression, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
I offer individual therapy, one-hour long evaluations, and intensive treatment (90minute sessions, 5 times per week). I work with children (10+), adolescents, and adults. I specialize in evidence based treatments but also offer supportive therapy.
I received my doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2018 and completed my doctoral internship through the Veterans Health Administration. I then completed my fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania prior to completing licensure.
