You desire to have healthier relationships that make you feel safe and secure but you aren't sure how to get there. Anxiety, panic attacks, disrupted sleep, or unwanted thoughts make it difficult for you to cope. You had painful childhood experiences, and you don't know how to heal from the trauma. You may be experiencing depression, anxiety, or a challenging life transition. It feels like nothing has helped you and your partner and you are ready for help from an unbiased couple’s counselor. You are an overwhelmed parent who is tired of the conflict at home and interested in working with a family therapist.
I use a gentle, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach - most often utilizing CBT and person-centered therapy. I believe we are all impacted by our family of origin, life experiences, and the relationships we have with others. I work with teenagers, adults of all ages, and couples. I enjoy family therapy and helping parents improve their parenting skills.

Social Anxiety for Adults - Virtual Group
PARTICIPANTS CAN EXPECT TO: • Receive support from others who have social anxiety.
