I work with parents at every stage of their journey, offering compassionate psychotherapy for individuals and families. As a trauma-informed therapist, I specialize in working with parents because I believe that when parents thrive, the entire family benefits. My specialities include working with new parents, adoptive parents, and parents of teens.
Raising my kids has been the greatest joy of my life and the most demanding task I've undertaken. Decades of parenting are what have fueled my passion for supporting others.
