I’m a licensed psychologist committed to providing high-quality care in order to help you learn about yourself and work toward your goals. My work focuses on increasing self-reflection, self-compassion, and emotional regulation skills in an effort to improve relationships and functioning for individuals, couples, and families. I believe in taking a relational and collaborative approach to therapy to create an affirming, safe, and compassionate environment for growth. I'm interested in understanding your various identities and how your unique experiences have shaped and influenced how you feel about yourself and your relationships.
Common concerns I help clients with include family/relational conflicts, life transitions, anxiety, depression, multicultural/diversity experiences, trauma, and identity development. I also provide psychological assessments, including career/college and AD/HD. I'm also proud to offer a relational group program to help parents understand children's emotions.
I value cultivating a warm, safe, affirming, and collaborative therapeutic environment. I take a holistic approach to understanding each unique client and consider the impact of life history, relationship patterns, and social-cultural factors.
