I use hands-on activities incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, somatic experiencing, expressive arts, and Brainspotting. I love counseling and incorporating mind-body interventions to assist clients in rediscovering strengths and aligning their minds, body, and energy.
Telehealth allows clients to take time for personal reflection, discover inner peace, and transform their space into an environment of healing. Trust and open communication can be established in this environment, and goals can be created confidently.
