You may be thinking that you “should” be stronger and not let things bother you so why do they? Your marriage has a lot of challenges and you and your spouse do not see eye to eye. You are an LGBTQ identified person and are feeling stuck. You are encountering roadblocks in your personal life and relationships. You want so much in life, but nothing seems to come together for you.
My approach to therapy is rooted in Positive Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Psychology and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My approach is focused on listening, understanding, reflecting, educating, suggesting, and creating a space where positive change can happen.
I typically see South Asian adults and couples, interracial couples, and LGBTQ adults from any culture in my private practice. I can conduct Telehealth therapy sessions with adults residing in either Minnesota or Florida and coaching sessions with adults residing anywhere in the world.
