I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for impactful change in therapy. Because of this, I utilize a humanistic approach to therapy, emphasizing the importance of creating an environment that allows a person to be genuine and real.
I work with adults and children experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as a variety of issues stemming from life transitions, particularly with men. I use EMDR as one means of addressing past hurts and traumas to help restore a better sense of emotional balance.
