I share evidence-based tools to help manage difficult emotions and recurring negative thoughts, and provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental ear to what's on your heart. My clients experience positive changes within the first few sessions.
I've been practicing therapy for 15 years, and have worked in all levels of healthcare. I've enjoyed living on both east and west coasts, and am passionate about environmental and social justice.
