Welcome! I primarily help people who identify as neurodivergent and those wanting to overcome anxiety. My approach is to first thoroughly assess your concerns and answer your questions, then we will together decide which interventions to use in our sessions. I also provide therapy in Russian.

As a marriage and family therapist, I greatly enjoy working with couples and families, especially those who struggle with communication. I love teaching people how to problem solve and resolve coflict. I am passionate about helping those with trauma, grief/loss, adjustment, depression and anxiety. I also work with those who have experienced racial and/or religious trauma. Additonally, I work with those who struggle with boundaries and saying no. I am particularly interested in working with underserved populations, and strive to offer culturally sensitive and competent services. I am bilingual and can also offer services in Hmong.

Gina Yauck is a Master's prepared Psychotherapist who received her degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. She is a relationship therapist who works with adults, couples and families. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, grief and self esteem issues. Gina enjoys working with women's issues throughout the lifespan including career counseling, dating and marriage, parenting, menopause and retirement.

As a counselor, I aim to ensure my clients feel supported in their work towards their goals. We are all on our own path in this life and travel it in our own ways. I am here to provide support, while helping you not only address your issues, but enhance your sense of joy and fulfillment along the way. I mainly work with teens and adults experiencing life transitions. I help with managing stress, anxiety and depression, as well as building self-esteem and confidence. Working through complex trauma, grief, and existential exploration are also issues I support my clients with.

My passion is helping people break free from substance abuse and addiction. There's no judgment here, just a compassionate space for you to reclaim your life, kick addiction to the curb, and find lasting recovery. I will help you manage the here-and-now of your struggles with drugs or alcohol, but we'll also work on healing any issues, like trauma, that could be contributing to your use so that you can start to live a more joy-filled, meaningful life. Addiction does NOT have hold you back forever.

My expertise includes treating obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, skin picking and hair pulling disorders, various anxiety disorders (such as separation anxiety, generalized anxiety, social phobia, illness/health anxiety, and specific phobias like emetophobia), disordered eating, and perinatal mental health (both maternal and paternal). I have experience working in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs, and have had the privilege of presenting at local and national conferences.
