As I am both a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Family Trauma Professional, I specialize in working with youth and their families, as well as trauma-based therapy with children, adolescents, women, and families.
Therapy doesn't need to be scary, and I also recognize that people are not always wanting to "just talk". This is why I enjoy collaborative sessions that can include play, music, art, skill-building, and so on, as well as traditional talk therapy within sessions.
