Hola! If you are looking for a psychotherapist who is empathetic, open-minded, occasionally funny, and most importantly someone who will push you take the driver's seat in your own treatment, then I'm the therapist for you. I’m here to help you to take back ownership of your own life when your symptoms have made you feel powerless.
I am trained in CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, and the ISSTD model for treatment of complex trauma and dissociation. I have extensive experiencing working with people who suffer from complex trauma and dissociation. I also have experience working with people who suffer from depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, thought disorders, and other behavioral issues.
I utilize a person-centered and multicultural perspective when working with individuals. I take insurance and can see out of network clients. Currently, I work part-time at Silver Hill Hospital, a psychiatric hospital. I am free to see clients Tuesdays, Fridays, and on weekends via telehealth.
