At Newport Academy, our mission to empower teens and restore families takes into account every aspect of a teen’s well-being—physical, psychological, social, familial, educational, and spiritual. This whole-person philosophy of care seeks to heal childhood trauma and attachment wounds that lie at the root of anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders, such as substance abuse, eating disorders, and self-harm. Over 12+ years of industry-leading outcomes, we’ve learned that sustainable healing requires integrated, family-focused treatment that addresses these underlying issues. Our approach provides guidance for authentic connection with self and others through evidence-based clinical, experiential, and academic modalities. Individual, family, and group therapy sessions support teens to build self-understanding, reframe thinking, and repair ruptures in the family system. Experiential therapy allows teens to process emotions and build trust, collaboration, and enhanced self-confidence. Structured hours in the classroom each day, along with individual tutoring, enhance teens’ executive functioning, organizational skills, and love of learning.

At Secure Base Counseling Center, we’re committed to providing you with the most exceptional care in a compassionate and friendly atmosphere. Our goal is to help you find your secure base. We offer a variety of therapeutic services to children (including birth to five), adolescents, teens, and adults through individual, family, and/or couples therapy. In addition to individual and family psychotherapy, we offer various psychotherapy groups, DBT services, ARMHS services, CTSS services, skills groups, classes, and professional seminars. We also administer DC-05 assessments, Prepare/Enrich assessments, and diagnostic assessments. Our services are offered in a variety of locations. You can visit one of our three therapy offices, receive services in your home, or even online through our video chat teletherapy service.

Hazelden Betty Ford, a national nonprofit organization founded in 1949, helps people reclaim their lives from the disease of addiction. Our multidisciplinary teams create personalized treatment plans utilizing proven educational, clinical, and peer-based methods, and our campus offers a safe and supportive environment, free from judgment and stigmatization. Our programs include integrated mental health services for co-occurring mental health issues. Detox is on-site and special programs for opioid addiction with medication assisted treatment also available. Upon completion of residential treatment, an individualized care plan will guide your next steps in healing and lifelong recovery.

Founded in 2011, Catalyst Mental Health was started with the goal of serving clients with mental health issues and concerns that don't fit easily into any single box: clients who either have multiple issues occurring simultaneously or who have complex conditions that don't align well with traditional diagnostic definitions. This includes individuals with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, chemical dependency issues, sexual and gender identity issues, compulsive behavior, autism spectrum disorders, attention or focusing problems, relationship or marital conflict, and much more. VNCenter is a non-profit org dedicated to enabling individuals with multiple disabilities to live productive and fulfilling lives through an approach that addresses the mind, body, & spirit. Our programs include behavioral health services with a focus on substance abuse and supportive housing for people with cognitive disabilities, and we meet the complex needs of individuals with disabilities seeking treatment for drug and alcohol abuse. Our program is designed for: Those who can benefit from a slower-paced, more individually-focused program. People living with disabilities such as brain injury, developmental disability and/or physical disabilities. Individuals dealing with simultaneous mental illnesses. Those who have had difficulty succeeding in traditional SUD treatment programs or those who have relapsed and need a new approach. We treat co-occurring disorders and offer fully integrated mental health services with licensed mental health professionals, & an in-house psychologist and psychiatrist. ANEW Chemical Health Services is passionate about treating women with co-occurring substance use disorders. We offer a range of chemical health services from Residential Treatment to Outpatient to Sober Housing free of charge to women and/or women WITH children. Our primary focus is helping children and adolescents ages 8-18 with behavioral and emotional struggles. We use an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that helps kids return to healthy, stable and productive lives. Our whole-body approach promotes adequate nutrition, sleep, exercise and especially time in the outdoors. Using telehealth, we continue to provide individual therapy for youth and adults, family therapy sessions, intensive programming – including group therapy – and medication management.

Care Crossings is an agency that provides Substance Use Services. Our licensed professionals are able to provide flexible scheduling, allowing you to continue with your everyday lives. Our same-day assessments, as well as flexible treatment schedules, allow individuals and families to receive what they need when they need it. Care Crossings provide intervention, prevention, education, assessment, treatment, and both short and long-term Substance Use Counseling. We partner with community providers, working hand in hand to provide Medication-Assisted Treatments, Mental Health, Peer Recovery, and Sober Housing.

Hazelden Betty Ford's Center for Teens, Young Adults and Families in Plymouth, MN is where we've been helping those impacted by the disease of addiction for more than 30 years. Young people between the ages of 12 to 25 find freedom from drugs and alcohol and to restore hope. Our accredited and acclaimed programs are nationally recognized with experts and highly specialized staff to meet the developmental needs of young people. Situated on 15 picturesque, wooded acres along the north shore of Medicine Lake in Plymouth, Minnesota, our youth campus provides the ideal setting to begin the journey to recovery. Our unique approach has led to our recognition as a national leader in the treatment of teen alcohol and drug addiction. And our continued commitment to the best evidence-based practices, keeps us ahead of the rest as well as our programs for families. Our innovative COR-12 program is the latest in our evidence-based practices. This program uses medications to help those addicted to pain pills, heroin or other opiates so we can successfully treat young people more successfully.

The Emily Program offers specialty treatment for eating disorders dedicated to giving all people access to best-practice care and the tools they need for lasting recovery. The Emily Program offers all levels of care, from 24/7 inpatient care through outpatient services. In-person and virtual treatment options are available. Multidisciplinary treatment teams aim to equip individuals, families, and communities with the skills necessary to continue recovery in the home environment.
