I'm a Clinical Psychologist based on 117 Main Road, Heathfield. Since my practice opened in 2013 I have been treating individuals (both adults and adolescents), families, and couples for a vast array of difficulties, which include but are not limited to depression and anxiety (generalised, social etc.), trauma and bereavement, marital conflict, addictive behaviours as well as substance abuse.

My approach to therapy is largely based upon Systemic Theory. This theory holds that problems can be understood practically rather than analytically. Thus, rather than trying to determine past causes of behaviour I emphasize here-and-now patterns that maintain the problem and address them.
