I am a clinical psychologist, and welcome adults, adolescents and children over the age of 5 at my practice for individual psychotherapy and assessment. I believe that each person has their own unique story, circumstances and challenges, and therefore I want to encourage you to simply come as you are. While we all struggle from time to time, we can heal and grow in order to effect positive change and/or peace in our lives. Therapy can increase our insight into ourselves, others, and traumatic experiences, leading to more optimal functioning in relationships, at work/school, and ultimately a better quality of life.

I work integratively, which allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s needs by utilising the most appropriate techniques from different modalities (e.g., person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, Gestalt therapy and psychodynamic therapy). I also offer playtherapy to the children who visit my practice.

I subscribe to medical aid guidelines, which inform my rates and session duration. Should you qualify for PMB's (prescribed minimum benefits), I am able to claim from your medical aid. A reduced fee is offered for same day payments via cash/card/EFT.
