I am very passionate about understanding your sensory systems- this is what overstimulates you and what helps calm you. Working with sensory systems in both your personal and work environment to manage your daily life, stress and anxiety better. I have a very calm and compassionate approach, first wanting to understand the individual and their needs before we look at intervention.
Coping skills for anxiety and stress, work intervention for challenges in the work place, sensory profile assessments, improving self awareness and awareness of others, social skills and improving quality of life. Learning valuable coping skills to assist at school or in the work environment and how to work toward a more balanced life.
