I provide therapeutic services to adolescents and adults to assist them in dealing with moderate to severe mental illness as well as expected day-to-day stressors and personal difficulties. I also have a special interest in working with expectant mothers and mothers during the postpartum period. I believe that providing support to mothers during this fulfilling, yet challenging period will ultimately facilitate a healthy parent-infant relationship which provides the foundation for psychological health during childhood and eventually adulthood.
I prefer combining skills and elements from different psychotherapy approaches to suit each client’s needs. I am a registered Babies in Mind practitioner and completed Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) Level 1 training.
I am passionate about creating a warm and empathic environment that encourages vulnerability and growth. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges, develop coping strategies, and cultivate a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
