I am a Registered Counsellor with the HPCSA (PRC 0041815) and have a special interest in working with trauma. I am passionate about helping those who feel overwhelmed by life. Often, we do not realise where these feelings of overwhelm originate from. And even if we know, we might need help to address them. Sometimes, overwhelm stems from our relationships, finances, parenting, health, career choices/work, and expectations regarding sports performance . At other times, we may have experienced a traumatic event. This might cause anxiousness, fearfulness, helplessness, restlessness, or an intense sense of feeling out of control.
