I enjoy working with all ages, races, ethnicities and genders/sexualities of our diverse populations in a South African context. I enjoy working with adolescents and children deemed “problematic” by their respective teachers or caretakers. I screen for mental health issues that may need assessment and accurate referral by offering supportive information regarding concerns that may arise.
I offer psycho educational support in assisting with trauma, depression and anxiety associated with ADHD/ADD and ASD (autism spectrum disorder). I work with the client on strategies for stress in the workplace/school or areas of concern for the individual. I enjoy working with couples in couple Counselling, assisting in communication and listening skills.
I am available in person at the practice or online via various platforms to accommodate the client. To walk with you through your individual life journey whilst being emotionally supportive to you in a way that has your best Interests at heart.
