I am a clinical psychologist and mindfulness trainer with almost 30 years of consulting experience with individuals, couples and groups. I have a Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Witwatersrand and my clinical practice is based in Hermanus, Western Cape. While, I was psycho-dynamically trained, I have evolved through years of practice into an integrative therapist, offering various theoretical and intervention options to suit the variety of clients I serve. I offer both online and in-person psychotherapy and mindfulness training workshops in various contexts to professionals, corporates and the public.
I strive to offer my services in an ethical manner, guided by principles of integrity and authenticity. I co-create a sacred space for healing and transformation with the clients I serve. It is an honour and a blessing to be in a career that I am passionate about.
The 1st session is the invitation for the client and I to determine if we resonate as a healing partnership. We discuss goals, challenges and most suitable psychotherapy strategy. Then the journey begins. What unfolds results in both expected and unexpected transformations that reduce psychological distress and awakens potential for growth.
