I am a registered Clinical Psychologist who provides clinical assessment and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and couples. I regard the strength and safety of the therapeutic relationship as extremely important as it is within this relationship that personal growth and self-development usually occur.
My practice is primarily grounded within an integrative Psychodynamic framework, which means that therapy will not only focus on the reduction of symptoms but also on a deeper self-understanding as to why the particular symptoms might have developed.
