This is to navigate and understand the various aspects that are influential to the development of mental difficulties such as biology, relationships, thoughts, social stressors and spirituality. I offer short- and long-term psychotherapy to children, teenagers, and adults.
It is important to note that seeking therapy is a proactive step towards self-care and personal growth. As a therapist, I provide a non-judgmental, empathic, and safe environment where clients can explore their challenges and work towards positive change.
